Advertisements. Some may perceive them roadblocks to the media one came to see, yet many people, including the readers of this blog, have dedicated their working lives to creating and disseminating them. They come and go, but the good ones can make an impact for years. Hell, they even steal the focus of a certain national football game every January – to the point where ads of the ads are released as teasers weeks prior to the “super” event. Point is, ads constantly surround us and are here to stay on a multitude of platforms, including social media.
